以中国结构第一高楼天津高银117大厦超大深基坑降水工程为例,通过理论分析与应用实践,揭示了基于连通器效应的混合井自动降水技术原理,总结了其施工关键技术、技术特点与优势,分析了该降水技术实际应用效果。研究表明:相对于传统基坑降水技术,基于连通器效应的混合井自动降水技术可显著减少降水井、水泵及人员数量,降低降水成本,显著提高降水精度及效果,具有很大的推广价值和应用前景。

Based on the dewatering engineering of ultra?large and deep foundation excavation in Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building which has the first structure height building in China, principle of automatic dewatering technology of mixed well based on communicating vessels effect is revealed by theory analysis and application practice. The key technique of construction, technical characteristics and advantages are summarized. Practical application effect of the dewatering technology is analyzed. Research results show that compared with the traditional dewatering technology, automatic dewatering technology of mixed well based on communicating vessels effect can decrease the number of dewatering well, water pump and staff, optimize the dewatering measurement, improve the precision and effect of dewatering, decrease the dewatering cost. Also the requirements of foundation excavation dewatering are met. So the dewatering technology has significant popularizing value and application prospect.
