目的：分析进行同步放化疗以后巩固化疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果。方法：收治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者66例，分为两组。试验组采取三维适形放疗方案治疗后，再采用紫杉醇与卡铂相结合的方案进行巩固化疗。对照组同步放化疗后进行相应的对症支持治疗。结果：试验组的有效率、无进展生存期及生存时间均优于对照组， P＜0.05。结论：采用三维适形放疗后同步放化疗，再采用紫杉醇与卡铂相结合进行巩固化疗，有助于患者中位生存期、无进展生存期的延长。

목적：분석진행동보방화료이후공고화료대국부만기비소세포폐암적치료효과。방법：수치만기비소세포폐암환자66례，분위량조。시험조채취삼유괄형방료방안치료후，재채용자삼순여잡박상결합적방안진행공고화료。대조조동보방화료후진행상응적대증지지치료。결과：시험조적유효솔、무진전생존기급생존시간균우우대조조， P＜0.05。결론：채용삼유괄형방료후동보방화료，재채용자삼순여잡박상결합진행공고화료，유조우환자중위생존기、무진전생존기적연장。
Objective:To analyze the effect of consolidate chemotherapy after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:66 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected.They were divided into the two groups.Patients in the experimental group adopted three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy after treatment,then treated by paclitaxel combined with carboplatin for consolidate chemotherapy.Patients in the control group were treated with the corresponding symptomatic supportive treatment after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results:The efficiency,progression free survival and survival time of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy concurrent chemoradiotherapy then treated by paclitaxel combined with carboplatin for consolidate chemotherapy is helpful for the median survival and progression free survival of the patients.
