对于采用超长摩擦桩来控制建筑物沉降的超高层建筑,如何在试桩试验中较好地消除非有效段桩周侧向摩擦阻力,为大楼桩基设计提供可靠、准确的试验数据,一直困扰着广大工程建设者。依托天津高银117大厦试桩工程实际,研发了一套消除桩基非摩擦段侧向摩擦阻力的钢制双护筒装置。该双护筒长26m,由内外护筒组成,外护筒与周边土一起对内护筒形成侧向约束作用,内护筒在荷载作用下能有效与外护筒脱开并自由沉降,将42000kN的荷载顺利向下传递,实际应用效果良好。
對于採用超長摩抆樁來控製建築物沉降的超高層建築,如何在試樁試驗中較好地消除非有效段樁週側嚮摩抆阻力,為大樓樁基設計提供可靠、準確的試驗數據,一直睏擾著廣大工程建設者。依託天津高銀117大廈試樁工程實際,研髮瞭一套消除樁基非摩抆段側嚮摩抆阻力的鋼製雙護筒裝置。該雙護筒長26m,由內外護筒組成,外護筒與週邊土一起對內護筒形成側嚮約束作用,內護筒在荷載作用下能有效與外護筒脫開併自由沉降,將42000kN的荷載順利嚮下傳遞,實際應用效果良好。

Because pile test can provide reliable and accurate test data for the pile foundation design, the constructors has been plagued by the problem that how to relieve the side friction of non?effective section of test pile better in pile test for super?tall building of which the settlement is controlled by friction super?long pile. Based on the pile test of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building, a device of steel double protecting tube is developed to relieve the side friction of non?effective section of test pile. The double protecting tube is 26 meters long, which composes of internal and external protecting tube. The external protecting tube and the surrounding soil provide lateral restraint to the internal protecting tube. The internal protecting tube can detach with the external protecting tube and sink freely under load, which passes down 42 000kN loads smoothly. The application effect of the two kinds of innovative technology is good.
