There are some problems existing in the current college harmonious campus culture construction, such as insufficient hu-manistic spirit education and scientific quality education, lack of the value of campus cultural activities. The implementation of"The Best Works Project" is conducive to the construction of a harmonious college campus culture, the highlighting and cultiva-tion of national spirit, the abstraction of college spirit, the enrich-ment of college campus culture connotation, the strengthening of college campus culture influence and creativity, and the cultiva-tion of qualified talents for socialist construction, thus making a contribution to the construction of a harmonious society.
