[目的]探讨多巴胺D2受体(Drd2)在便秘大鼠结肠组织表达情况。[方法]:24只健康Wistar大鼠随机分成实验组和对照组,每组12只;实验组予复方苯乙哌啶混悬液鼠灌胃,对照组予等剂量0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃。通过比较2组大鼠日均大便粒数、大便干质量及测定黑便排出时间,判断造模情况。采用实时荧光聚合酶链反应法(RT‐PCR)检测结肠组织Drd2的表达。[结果]:2组大鼠日均粪便粒数、日均粪便质量及首粒黑便排出时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明模型建立成功。实验组Drd2在结肠组织表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]:Drd2在慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠组织中表达升高,提示Drd2可能与慢传输型便秘大鼠的结肠动力有关。

[목적]탐토다파알D2수체(Drd2)재편비대서결장조직표체정황。[방법]:24지건강Wistar대서수궤분성실험조화대조조,매조12지;실험조여복방분을고정혼현액서관위,대조조여등제량0.9%록화납용액관위。통과비교2조대서일균대편립수、대편간질량급측정흑편배출시간,판단조모정황。채용실시형광취합매련반응법(RT‐PCR)검측결장조직Drd2적표체。[결과]:2조대서일균분편립수、일균분편질량급수립흑편배출시간비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),설명모형건립성공。실험조Drd2재결장조직표체고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。[결론]:Drd2재만전수형편비대서결장조직중표체승고,제시Drd2가능여만전수형편비대서적결장동력유관。
Objective]Explore the dopamine D2 receptor(Drd2)in colon of rats with slow transit consti‐pation. [Methods]Twenty four healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group and con‐trol group with 12 rats in each group ,and the two group respectively were treated with compound diphe‐noxylate suspension or equivalent saline. The model was defined by the average daily fecal grains ,dry stool quality and the time of discharge. The real‐time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(RT‐PCR)was used to detect the expression of the dopamine D2 receptor in colon tissue. [Results]The daily fecal grains ,daily stool quality and the time of first bowel movement in the experimental group and control group rats were significant different(P<0.05) ,which suggested that the model was set up successfully. The expression of the dopamine D2 receptor in colon tissue in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion]The increased expression of dopamine D2 receptor in colonic tissue in STC rat suggests that the D2 dopamine receptor is related to the constipation.
