绿竹坪铅锌矿床是新近发现并探明的伴生银的中、低温热液充填交代型脉状矿床. 主要工业矿体均产于断裂蚀变破碎带内,赋矿岩石绝大部分为热液构造蚀变岩及各种矿化岩脉. 矿体呈陡倾斜透镜状,产状与断裂破碎带一致,倾角68°~82°矿体受破碎带限制,厚度一般1.16~1.55 m,Pb+Zn品位2.61%~17.20%,矿床总体品位Pb+Zn5.02%;三个围岩蚀变带:内带为绢英岩化带;中带为硅化、绿泥石化带;外带为绿泥石化、绢云母化带. 矿化主要产生于内带;找矿标志:围岩蚀变带:以内带的绢英岩化带和中带的硅化、绿泥石化带为主要标志;沿断裂破碎带侵入的石英二长岩脉是大部分富矿的直接围岩;断裂构造及其交汇、转弯部位或陡向深部变缓处是寻找铅锌富厚矿体的理想部位.

Lvzhuping deposit is a newly discovered and proved mid-low temperature hydrothermal filling metasomatic.vein-type Pb-Zn deposit with silver associating.The major industrial ore body occured in altered fracture zone, and the most part of ore deposit are hydrothermal structural alteration rock and dike.The ore body develops in steep slope lenticular, the same direction with the fault fracture zone and restricted by it, 68°-82°in angle, and 1.16-1.55 meters thick, Pb+En grade is 2.61%to 17.20%, the total Pb+En grade is 5.02%.It has three wall rock alteration zones:the inner belt is phyllic altera-tion belt;the middle belt is silicification and chlorite;the chlorite sericitization makes the outer zone.Mineralization basi-cally happened in the inner zone, the prospecting criteria are:the wall rock alteration belt, phyllic alteration in the inner belt and silicification-chlorite in the middle zone;the intrusive quartz monzonite vein along the fault fracture zone are wall rocks of the rich ore;intersections, turning parts of the fracture structure, sometimes the very place that from steep to slow in the deep fracture zone are ideal places to looking for rich and thick ore body of lead and zinc.
