目的：研究并探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗脑血管认知功能障碍的临床治疗效果，并分析其应用价值。方法：收治脑血管认知功能障碍患者70例，随机平分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗方法，试验组给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂法进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：试验组的临床治疗效果显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗脑血管认知功能障碍疾病的临床效果较好。

목적：연구병탐토단타액산사기당신경절감지치료뇌혈관인지공능장애적림상치료효과，병분석기응용개치。방법：수치뇌혈관인지공능장애환자70례，수궤평분위량조，대조조급여상규치료방법，시험조급여단타액산사기당신경절감지법진행치료。비교량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：시험조적림상치료효과현저고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：단타액산사기당신경절감지치료뇌혈관인지공능장애질병적림상효과교호。
Objective:To study and explore the therapeutic effect of monosialo four hexose ganglioside in the treatment of patients with cerebral vascular cognitive impairment,and to analyze its application value.Methods:70 patients with cerebral vascular cognitive impairment were selected.They were randomly divide into the two groups.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment.Patients in the experimental group received monosialo four hexose ganglioside treatment method.We compared the clinical effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of monosialo four hexose ganglioside in the treatment of patients with cerebral vascular cognitive impairment is good.
