目的：探究正畸种植联合治疗长期牙齿缺失的临床效果。方法在我院长期牙齿缺失患者中选取50例并随机分为观察组（25例）和对照组（25例），对观察组实施正畸种植联合治疗，对对照组实施常规种植治疗。对比两组治疗后的总有效率。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率（96.00%）高于对照组（76.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论正畸种植联合治疗长期牙齿缺失能够有效提高修复种植的成功率。

목적：탐구정기충식연합치료장기아치결실적림상효과。방법재아원장기아치결실환자중선취50례병수궤분위관찰조（25례）화대조조（25례），대관찰조실시정기충식연합치료，대대조조실시상규충식치료。대비량조치료후적총유효솔。결과관찰조치료후적총유효솔（96.00%）고우대조조（76.00%），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론정기충식연합치료장기아치결실능구유효제고수복충식적성공솔。
Objective To investigate the long-term missing teeth grow orthodontic clinical effects of combination therapy. Methods 50 cases of the long-term missing teeth of patients were randomly divided into two groups (25 patients) and control group (25 cases) in our hospital, the implementation of the observation group planting combined with orthodontic treatment, the control group to implement conventional implant treatment. Total efifciency compared two groups after treatment. Results The total observed after treatment efficiency (96.00%) was significantly higher (76.00%), a statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic tooth loss planting combination therapy can improve the long-term success rate of repair planting.
