为优化蛹虫草多糖的提取工艺,以蛹虫草多糖得率和相对标准偏差为指标,测试超声波水提法、超声波醇提法、水热回流法和醇热回流法蛹虫草多糖提取效果,确定最佳提取方法;再用正交试验方法检测水热回流法中4个因素(温度、次数、时间、料液比)对虫草多糖提取效率的影响,确定虫草多糖提取条件。结果表明:水热回流法虫草多糖得率6.2%,相对标准偏差RSD (%)1.39,是提取虫草多糖的最佳方法;提取温度100℃、提取时间90 min ,提取次数3次,料液比1∶20,为蛹虫草多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。

To optimize the extraction process of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide ,the polysaccharide yield and the relative stand‐ard deviation index were taken as the evaluation criteria to test the integrated effects of supersonic water extraction ,supersonic ethanol extraction ,hydrothermal refluxing extraction and ethanol thermal refluxing extraction on Cordyceps militaris polysaccha‐ride ,and determine the most appropriate technology .An orthogonal experiment was also carried out to study the integrated effects of four factors as temperature ,frequency ,period ,and raw material to extracting solution ratio of hydrothermal refluxing extraction on the extracting rates of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides , and thus found out the best condition to extract Cordyceps militaris Polysaccharides ,which was when Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides yield and the relative standard deviation index were 6 .2% and 1 .39% respectively .That extracting 3 times within 90min at the temperature of 100℃ with raw material to water ration at 1/20 was the optimal technological condition .
