结合全国和新疆某三甲医院医疗纠纷现状，探讨其产生原因，了解医患关系紧张的根源，并从宏观的社会政策制度、医疗机构、医务人员及患者多个角度出发，为预防及有效解决医疗纠纷，建设和谐、互相理解信任的医患关系提出建议。
結閤全國和新疆某三甲醫院醫療糾紛現狀，探討其產生原因，瞭解醫患關繫緊張的根源，併從宏觀的社會政策製度、醫療機構、醫務人員及患者多箇角度齣髮，為預防及有效解決醫療糾紛，建設和諧、互相理解信任的醫患關繫提齣建議。
결합전국화신강모삼갑의원의료규분현상，탐토기산생원인，료해의환관계긴장적근원，병종굉관적사회정책제도、의료궤구、의무인원급환자다개각도출발，위예방급유효해결의료규분，건설화해、호상리해신임적의환관계제출건의。
Combining with the current status of medical disputes in certain level-three grade-A hospital of Xinjiang, the article explored the causes and looked for the source of the doctor-patient relationship nervous. From the multiple view of the macroscopic social policy system, medical institutions, medical staff and patients, the author put forward some suggestions on building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and understand each oth-er trust, so as to prevent and solve medical disputes.
