目的：探讨对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施规范化管理的效果。方法：选择产前检查确诊妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇335例，其中接受规范管理的260例作为实验组，实验组进行的规范化管理包括：组织管理、血糖监测、饮食管理、运动指导、胰岛素治疗、心理干预与健康教育。未接受规范化管理的75例作为对照组。结果：实验组孕妇并发症的发生率低、围产儿结局好，与对照组相比有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行规范化管理，能有效地减少母婴并发症的发生，改善妊娠结局，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토대임신기당뇨병잉부실시규범화관리적효과。방법：선택산전검사학진임신기당뇨병적잉부335례，기중접수규범관리적260례작위실험조，실험조진행적규범화관리포괄：조직관리、혈당감측、음식관리、운동지도、이도소치료、심리간예여건강교육。미접수규범화관리적75례작위대조조。결과：실험조잉부병발증적발생솔저、위산인결국호，여대조조상비유현저성차이（P＜0.05）。결론：대임신기당뇨병환자진행규범화관리，능유효지감소모영병발증적발생，개선임신결국，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the standardized management of gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: 335 gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women were divided into two groups which include a control group of 75 cases and research group of 260 cases. The research group received the standardized management which included organizational management, blood glucose monitoring, dietary management, exercise guidance, insulin therapy, psychological intervention, and health education. The control group did not receive the standardized management. Results: The incidence of complications of maternal and infants in the research group was lower than that of the control group and the pregnancy outcomes were better, and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Standardized management can reduce complications of maternal and improve the outcome of pregnancy. It is worth for clinical use.
