对碘氟法测定锌精矿中铜含量的结果进行不确定度评定. 测量过程中的不确定度来源于样品制备引入的不确定度;标定硫代硫酸钠标准滴定液带来的不确定度;滴定样品导致的不确定度等. 由各不确定度分量得到合成标准不确定度,并得出碘氟法测量锌精矿中铜含量的扩展不确定度.

The uncertainty evaluation of the results in determination of copper content in zinc concentrates iodine and fluor-ide uncertainty were carried out.The uncertainty in the determination process were introduced from processes of sample preparation, calibration titration with sodium thiosulfate standard solution, and titration of the sample, and so on.All com-ponents of uncertainty led to comprehensive standard uncertainty, and the expanded uncertainty in the determination of cop-per content in zinc concentrates by iodine and fluoride was derived.
