通过室内静态吸附和盆栽实验,以新疆干旱区某石化污水库周边农田土为研究对象,考察了没食子酸(GA)、EDTA、柠檬酸(CA)对土壤中镉(Cd)的形态分布及Cd在紫花苜蓿中迁移规律的影响.结果表明:(1)在螯合剂考察浓度范围内(0~15 mmol/kg),三种螯合剂的投加均可提升水溶态Cd含量,且EDTA为15.0 mmol/kg时,水溶态Cd含量达到最大值;与对照相比,三种螯合剂均可提升可交换态Cd含量,但增幅差异不大.(2)投加(0~1.0 mmol/kg)螯合剂可显著提升Cd在紫花苜蓿中的富集量.其中,三种螯合剂对紫花苜蓿根、茎中Cd富集量的提升作用大小顺序为EDTA>GA>CA;与EDTA、CA相比,投加1.0 mmol/kg GA时,紫花苜蓿叶中Cd的富集量具有较大值.(3)通过比较转运系数表明,在供试土壤中投加0.25 mmol/kg GA时,Cd在紫花苜蓿中具有较好的转运能力,转运系数大小顺序为:GA>CA>EDTA.
通過室內靜態吸附和盆栽實驗,以新疆榦旱區某石化汙水庫週邊農田土為研究對象,攷察瞭沒食子痠(GA)、EDTA、檸檬痠(CA)對土壤中鎘(Cd)的形態分佈及Cd在紫花苜蓿中遷移規律的影響.結果錶明:(1)在螯閤劑攷察濃度範圍內(0~15 mmol/kg),三種螯閤劑的投加均可提升水溶態Cd含量,且EDTA為15.0 mmol/kg時,水溶態Cd含量達到最大值;與對照相比,三種螯閤劑均可提升可交換態Cd含量,但增幅差異不大.(2)投加(0~1.0 mmol/kg)螯閤劑可顯著提升Cd在紫花苜蓿中的富集量.其中,三種螯閤劑對紫花苜蓿根、莖中Cd富集量的提升作用大小順序為EDTA>GA>CA;與EDTA、CA相比,投加1.0 mmol/kg GA時,紫花苜蓿葉中Cd的富集量具有較大值.(3)通過比較轉運繫數錶明,在供試土壤中投加0.25 mmol/kg GA時,Cd在紫花苜蓿中具有較好的轉運能力,轉運繫數大小順序為:GA>CA>EDTA.

The effects of agents at levels 0-15 mmol/kg on various forms scale of cadium in soils was discussed by static adsorption and accumulation from alfalfa was analyzed by pot experiments,which soils collected from arid zoon around petrochemical waste-water reclaimed in Xinjiang .Results showed that:(1) When exogenous agents ranged concentration was 0-15 mmol/kg ,the percentage of water-soluble Cd in soils changed regularly and reached climax when EDTA at level of 15.0 mmol/kg ; contrasted with the blank, percentage of exchangeable Cd were increased slightly when agents increased .(2)Enrichment of Cd were increased greatly when agents at levels 0-1.0 mmol/kg, the promoting effect from agents was contrasted with EDTA> GA> CA in alfalfa root and stem,the significance of the effect from agents was contrasted with GA > EDTA >CA in alfalfa leaf .(3)In general,enrichment coe?cients in alfalfa was promoted by three agents. Transformation rate of Cd in alfalfa was reached the maximum values when 0.25 mmol/kg GA added in soils and contrasted with GA>CA>EDTA.
