铁路货运的主要载体是铁路货车车辆,轮对作为铁道车辆走行部的重要部件,承载着铁路货车车辆的全部重量,在运行过程中经常会出现故障.这些故障制约着货车的正常运行,对铁路货车在运行中的安全造成严重的威胁与影响.本文通过对铁路货车车辆轮对故障进行分析,并在此基础上提出一些相对应的解决措施,期待铁路货车运行安全性的提高,促进我国铁路行业快速稳定发展.

The main carrier of railway freight transportation is railway vehicle, the wheelset as an important compo-nent for the running of railway vehicles, it carries all the weight of railway vehicles, and often leads to failure in operation. These faults restrict the normal operation of the freight car, causing serious threats and impacts on the safety of railway freight cars in operation.This paper, through the analysis of railway vehicle wheel failure, and on this basis, put forward some corresponding measures, expecting to improve the running safety ofthe railway freight cars, and promote the rapid and stable development of China's railway industry.
