随着研究生招生规模的逐年扩大，有关于研究生学术道德问题的研究已进入各大高校研究者的视野。已有研究表明，研究生群体中学术道德失范现象较为严重。针对于此，本文依据研究生学术道德失范的主要行为表现，从内因和外因双重层面对研究生学风及学术道德建设中存在的问题、隐患进行深入分析，并提出加强研究生学术道德建设的相关对策。

Along with the recruitment of graduate students ex-panded year by year, the research on academic ethics of graduate students has entered the field of vision of researchers at universi-ties. Other studies have shown that the academic moral decline of graduate students is really serious. Be aimed at that, this paper makes a deep analysis on hidden problems and risks in the face of graduate study and academic morality construction from both internal causes and external causes, and then puts forward rele-vant countermeasures to strengthen the construction of academic morality of graduate students.
