某水电站GIS出现一次接地刀闸非全相动作导致其中两相接地状态合闸,引起相关GIS设备损坏,母线停运;一次接地刀闸合闸状态无法分开,导致电气一次高压试验无法进行。另一水电站安装相同GIS装置,也出现一次由于操作机构非全相操作导致的单相接地故障。通过拆开故障设备,研究故障的放电现象,找出故障原因,并就GIS类似结构的隔离刀闸和接地刀闸操作机构故障隐患提出改造意见,以确保GIS设备安全稳定运行。

In the operation of a hydropower station , an open-phase action of the grounding switch leads to the closing of two phases in grounding state , which causes the damage of the gas insulated substation ( GIS) equipment and the shut-down of the busbar .In another fault , the grounding switch cannot be opened , which makes the high voltage electric test unable to carry out .In another hydropower station equipped with the same GIS equipment , a single phase grounding fault due to the open-phase action of the operation mechanism is also observed .Possible reasons of such faults are ana-lyzed by disassembling the faulty equipment .Renovation recommendations are then proposed on the operation mecha-nism of similar isolating switches and grounding switches , which could ensure the stable and safe operation of the GIS e-quipment .
