根据“卓越工程师教育培养计划”人才培养目标，结合德州学院化学工程与工艺专业的教学实际和《化工工艺学》课程的特点，确立了以培养后备工程师为目标的课程改革思路，构建了突出工程实践能力培养的《化工工艺学》课程体系并付诸教学实践，为化工类应用型卓越工程师的成功培养奠定了良好基础。
根據“卓越工程師教育培養計劃”人纔培養目標，結閤德州學院化學工程與工藝專業的教學實際和《化工工藝學》課程的特點，確立瞭以培養後備工程師為目標的課程改革思路，構建瞭突齣工程實踐能力培養的《化工工藝學》課程體繫併付諸教學實踐，為化工類應用型卓越工程師的成功培養奠定瞭良好基礎。
근거“탁월공정사교육배양계화”인재배양목표，결합덕주학원화학공정여공예전업적교학실제화《화공공예학》과정적특점，학립료이배양후비공정사위목표적과정개혁사로，구건료돌출공정실천능력배양적《화공공예학》과정체계병부제교학실천，위화공류응용형탁월공정사적성공배양전정료량호기출。
According to the talents’cultivation goals of Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers,taking consideration of the teaching reality of the Chemical Engineering and Technology major of Dezhou University and the characteristics of chemical technology course,we have established the course reform methodologies with the goals of cultivation of backup engineers;construct and put into practice of chemical engineering technology curriculum system emphasizing engineering practice ability,which pro-vides excellent foundations for successful cultivation of applied excellent chemical engineer.
