目的:探究氦氧混合气体对慢阻肺急性加重期的治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年3月~2015年3月本院接诊的56例慢阻肺急性加重期患者作为研究对象,随机分组对照组及观察组各28例;对照组进行临床常规诊疗,观察组则在此基础上采取氦氧混合气体吸入治疗。结果两组患者在有创机械通气使用率、机械通气使用时间、住院时间等指标的对比结果具有明显差异,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上对慢阻肺急性加重期患者进行氦氧混合气体吸入治疗可有效降低有创机械通气的使用率以及使用时间,同时也可缩短住院治疗时间,提高患者的康复速度。

목적:탐구양양혼합기체대만조폐급성가중기적치료효과。방법수궤선취2013년3월~2015년3월본원접진적56례만조폐급성가중기환자작위연구대상,수궤분조대조조급관찰조각28례;대조조진행림상상규진료,관찰조칙재차기출상채취양양혼합기체흡입치료。결과량조환자재유창궤계통기사용솔、궤계통기사용시간、주원시간등지표적대비결과구유명현차이,관찰조균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론재상규치료적기출상대만조폐급성가중기환자진행양양혼합기체흡입치료가유효강저유창궤계통기적사용솔이급사용시간,동시야가축단주원치료시간,제고환자적강복속도。
Objective To explore the effect of helium oxygen mixture on the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 56 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute exacerbation patients were chosen in March 2013~March 2015 in the hospital as the object of study were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 28 cases, control group routine clinical diagnosis and treatment, observation group on the basis of taking helium oxygen mixture inhalation therapy. Results Two groups of patients in invasive mechanical ventilation using rate, mechanical ventilation use time, hospitalization time and other indicators of comparative results have signiifcant difference, the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment of COPD acute exacerbation patients of helium oxygen mixture inhalation therapy can effectively reduce the invasive mechanical ventilation rate and the use of time and shorten the length of treatment time and improve the recovery rate of patients.
