目的:研究耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效及安全性.方法:106例分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采取耳内镜下鼓膜置管术,对照组予传统药物,对比两组患儿的治疗效果.结果:实验组中耳积液时间及复发率、耳溢液发生率及听力改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总有效率为98.15%,显著高于对照组的69.23%(P<0.01);实验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:耳内镜下鼓膜置管术能缩短分泌性中耳炎患儿中耳积液时间,降低复发率,治疗效果显著.

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of endoscopic grommet insertion for children's secretory otitis media. Methods:106 cases of children with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group treated by endoscopic grommet insertion, while control group by conventional medication, compared the effcacy of two groups. Results:The middle ear effusion time and its recurernce rate, the occurrence of otorrhea and the improvement of hearing of experimental group were all significantly better than those of con-trol group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was 98.15%, which was higher than 69.23%that of control group (P<0.01);the complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Endoscopic grommet insertion which can short-en the middle ear effusion time and reduce the recurrence rate has significant curative effect on children with secretory otitis media.
