目的:在Varian公司的Aria放疗网络中,第三方(非Varian公司)模拟定位机上采集的二维普通定位图像参数可以传送到服务器上。在Varian Eclips计划系统制定的患者DICOM复位计划,无法传送给模拟定位机对患者进行调强放疗前等中心位置校正。本文探讨实现复位计划参数直传。方法:在模拟定位机电脑上增加一块网卡,使之与Eclips计划系统处于同一网段。并在复位软件Simulation和Eclips计划系统中设置好对方的IP地址及AE title。结果:实现了从Eclips计划系统直接传送复位计划数据到模拟定位机。结论:达到了优化放疗流程、提升放射治疗质量控制和质量保证的目的,对于使用不同厂家设备之间的互联互通具有参考意义。

Objective:in Varian Aria network in radiotherapy, third party (non Varian) ordinary two-dimensional localization image acquisition parameters of the simulator can be transferred to the server. In patients with DICOM Varian Eclips treatment plan system, can not be transmitted to the simulator with intensity-modulated radiotherapy before the center position correction. This paper discusses implementation of planning parameters direct reduction. Method:add a card in the simulation computer, and make the Eclips system in the same network segment. And in the reduction of Simulation and Eclips program software system set up the IP address and AE title. Results:the direct transmission of data from the Eclips reduction plan to the plan system of the simulator. Conclusion:the optimal process, enhance the radiotherapy radiotherapy quality control and quality assurance purposes. It is significant for the interoperability between different equipment manufacturers.
