目的：探讨研究延续护理对佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视疗效的影响。方法将在我院通过佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视的青少年68例（132眼）随机分成延续护理组和常规护理组，各34例（66眼），两组患者在院期间护理方案相同，出院后常规护理组采用传统门诊随诊护理，延续护理组采用延续护理，检测并比较两组患者在佩戴角膜塑形镜后1周，1个月，3个月时的视力、屈光度。结果延续护理组在戴镜后1个月、3个月视力分别为（1．07±0．13）和（1．12±0．09），屈光度分别为（－0．45±0．18）和（－0．36±0．13），与同期对照组相比明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视期间实施延续护理，可以显著提高青少年患者的裸眼视力，降低屈光度，值得在护理工作中推广应用。
목적：탐토연구연속호리대패대각막소형경치료청소년근시료효적영향。방법장재아원통과패대각막소형경치료근시적청소년68례（132안）수궤분성연속호리조화상규호리조，각34례（66안），량조환자재원기간호리방안상동，출원후상규호리조채용전통문진수진호리，연속호리조채용연속호리，검측병비교량조환자재패대각막소형경후1주，1개월，3개월시적시력、굴광도。결과연속호리조재대경후1개월、3개월시력분별위（1．07±0．13）화（1．12±0．09），굴광도분별위（－0．45±0．18）화（－0．36±0．13），여동기대조조상비명현개선，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론패대각막소형경치료근시기간실시연속호리，가이현저제고청소년환자적라안시력，강저굴광도，치득재호리공작중추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the curative affect of continual nursing for adolescent myopia wearing orthokeratology lens.Methods 68 teenagers wearing orthokeratology lens were divided randomly into two groups, 34 cases for each group.Continual nursing for one group and normal nursing foe another.After the first week, the first month and the third month, test and compare the eyesight and diopter of all the cases.Results For the continual nursing group, after the first month and the third month, the eyesight (1.07 ±0.13 vs 1.12 ± 0.09) and the diopter (-0.45 ±0.18 vs -0.36 ±0.13), the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the period of wearing orthokeratology lens for treating myopia, continual nursing can improve naked vision and reduce diopter remarkably of the teenagers, it is worth applying in nursing work.
