目的:观察总结一种修补材料在临床中的使用效果。方法将疝修补术患者100例根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组采用普通平片无张力修补术治疗,治疗组采用3D聚丙烯补片无张力修补术治疗。结果两组患者在手术方法完全无差别,手术用时与术后在院时间均无统计学意义,与对照组相比,治疗组中患者术后出现术后感染、脂肪液化、排尿困难等相关衍生病的情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。12个月后随访,治疗组出现不适、术后后遗神经痛、感觉异常的发生率为2.0%,小于对照组的10%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3DMax补片在疝修补术中的临床应用能降低刀口感染、脂肪液、尿潴留等并发症,能减轻术后慢性疼痛、不适、异物感。

Objective An observation summary patching material effect in clinical application. Methods The hernia repair different 100 patients divided into treatment and control groups based on the treatment, 50 patients. The control group using ordinary plain iflm tension-free repair, the treatment group using 3D polypropylene mesh tension-free repair treatment. Results No difference in the two groups of patients with complete surgical methods, under the operating time and hospital stay were no significant differences in the comparison condition, incision infection and fat liquefaction, urinary retention incidence of complications of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). After 12 months of follow-up, pain, discomfort, foreign body sensation in the treatment group, the incidence of 2.0%, occurred in the control group was 23.0%. Comparative statistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical application 3DMax patch hernia repair can reduce incision infection, liquid fat, urinary retention and other complications, can reduce postoperative chronic pain, discomfort, foreign body sensation, should promote clinical application.
