目的:观察运动针刺结合悬吊治疗肩周炎的疗效.方法:将49例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(24例),治疗组采用运动针刺法(鱼肩、后溪、阳陵泉处压痛点),行强刺激手法,配合患侧肩部活动,起针后给予悬吊治疗,对照组则采用常规电针治疗,观察两组临床疗效.结果:治疗组痊愈率为88.0%,显著高于对照组的50.0%(P<0.01).结论:运动针刺结合悬吊治疗肩周炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.
목적:관찰운동침자결합현조치료견주염적료효.방법:장49례견주염환자수궤분위치료조(25례)화대조조(24례),치료조채용운동침자법(어견、후계、양릉천처압통점),행강자격수법,배합환측견부활동,기침후급여현조치료,대조조칙채용상규전침치료,관찰량조림상료효.결과:치료조전유솔위88.0%,현저고우대조조적50.0%(P<0.01).결론:운동침자결합현조치료견주염료효현저,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective:To observe the curative effect of exercise acupuncture combined with suspension on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods:49 cas-es of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group (25 cases) and control group (24 cases), treatment group adopted acupuncture (tenderness points of Yujian, Houxi, Yanglingquan), with strong stimulation, shoulder activities of suffering side and suspension therapy after withdrawal of needle, control group treated with conventional acupuncture, to observe clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:The cure rate of treatment group was 88%, significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Exercise acupuncture combined with sus-pension treating periarthritis of shoulder is significantly effective, being worthy of clinical application.
