目的：探讨康复护理对糖尿病患者居家胰岛素治疗效果的影响。方法：对36例糖尿病患者进行讲座、科教片宣传，指导胰岛素笔的正确使用及定期辅导，并进行规范化的康复护理。结果：所有患者对疾病的知晓率显著提高，胰岛素治疗的依从性明显提高，能科学正确掌握胰岛素的治疗方法，形成健康的生活方式。结论：有效的康复护理有助于糖尿病患者有效控制血糖波动，提高自我管理能力，减少并发症，提高生活质量。

목적：탐토강복호리대당뇨병환자거가이도소치료효과적영향。방법：대36례당뇨병환자진행강좌、과교편선전，지도이도소필적정학사용급정기보도，병진행규범화적강복호리。결과：소유환자대질병적지효솔현저제고，이도소치료적의종성명현제고，능과학정학장악이도소적치료방법，형성건강적생활방식。결론：유효적강복호리유조우당뇨병환자유효공제혈당파동，제고자아관리능력，감소병발증，제고생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the influence on rehabilitation nursing on the effect of home insulin therapy for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:36 patients with diabetes mellitus were given lectures,science and education film propaganda.We instructed the patients with the correct use of insulin pen and made regular counseling.All patients underwent standardized rehabilitation nursing.Results:The awareness of the disease was significantly increased of all patients.The compliance of insulin treatment was improved significantly.All patients were with the scientific and correct control of insulin and made a healthy lifestyle.Conclusion:Effective rehabilitation nursing can effectively control the blood glucose fluctuation,improve the self-management ability,reduce the complications,and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus.
