苏丹上阿特巴拉水利枢纽项目溢流坝消力池底板、堰体及反弧段面层为40 cm厚C85抗冲耐磨混凝土。为解决由于当地气温高、空气干燥,C85混凝土容易产生温度裂缝和干缩裂缝的问题,从混凝土裂缝产生的原理出发,对影响本项目C85混凝土产生裂缝的因素进行了分析,制定了相应的预防措施,从而有效地减少了裂缝的发生。

In the construction of the Upper Atbara Dams Complex Project , 40 cm thick C85 abrasion-resistance concrete layers are used in the surfaces of the stilling pool basin , the weir body and the ogee segment of the overflow dam .How-ever, temperature cracks and shrinkage cracks are frequently occur in C 85 concrete because of the local high tempera-ture and dry air .Based on the theoretical principles , factors that could cause such cracks in C 85 concrete in this project are analyzed .Then, prevention measures are made accordingly and the occurrence of cracks is effectively reduced .
