目的：探讨溴隐亭在治疗难治性多囊卵巢综合征不育患者中的助孕效果。方法选取濮阳市妇幼保健院生殖医学中心诊断为难治性多囊卵巢综合征不育患者76例，随机分为两组。治疗组38例，促排卵的同时口服溴隐亭，每日1．25 mg；对照组38例，未口服溴隐亭，促排卵方案同治疗组。观察两组助孕情况。结果治疗组成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论小剂量溴隐亭应用于难治性多囊卵巢综合征不育患者有助于卵泡的发育，改善子宫内膜容受性，提高妊娠率，降低流产率。
목적：탐토추은정재치료난치성다낭란소종합정불육환자중적조잉효과。방법선취복양시부유보건원생식의학중심진단위난치성다낭란소종합정불육환자76례，수궤분위량조。치료조38례，촉배란적동시구복추은정，매일1．25 mg；대조조38례，미구복추은정，촉배란방안동치료조。관찰량조조잉정황。결과치료조성숙란포수、자궁내막후도、임신솔균명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론소제량추은정응용우난치성다낭란소종합정불육환자유조우란포적발육，개선자궁내막용수성，제고임신솔，강저유산솔。
Objective To investigate the effects of bromocriptine in assisted reproductive therapies of infertility patients with refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods 76 patients with infertility patients with refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome treated in Puyang Maternity and Children Health Hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.The study group (38 cases)were treated with ovulation induction combined with oral bromocriptine,1 .25 mg per day,while the control group(38 cases)were treated with only ovulation induction.The assisted reproductive effects of two groups were compared.Results The number of mature follicle,endometrial thickness and the pregnancy rate of the study group were significantly higher than control group(P <0.05).Conclusion For infertility patients with refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome,small doses of bromocriptine could con-tribute to the development of follicle,improve endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate,reduce the abortion rate.
