从学生角度而言,师范院校教育学课程教学的根本价值是促进教师专业成长和适应教师角色的具体要求。实现这一价值取向的有效途径是进行素质化的教学实践。素质化教学以生命化教学为基本条件,将教育学理论知识个性化和活性化,更好地满足学生适应教师角色要求的理论素质和支撑学生教师专业的成长。本文从师范院校教育学课程的价值取向、素质化教学和生命化教学实践三个方面对师范院校教育学课程价值取向的教学实践进行了分析。

From the point of the students, normal universities education the fundamental value of the course teaching is to promote teachers' professional growth and adapted to the specific requirements of the teachers' role. The effective ways to achieve this value orientation is carries on the quality of teaching practice. Teaching quality of teaching in the life as the basic conditions, the pedagogy theory knowledge personalized and activeness, better meet students adapt to the requirements of teachers' role theory quality and support the student teachers' professional growth. This article from the value orientation of education curriculum of normal colleges, the quality of teaching and life teaching practice of normal universities education curriculum value orientation of teaching practice are analyzed.
