针对穿甲爆破弹引信对薄弱目标的灵敏度难以考核的问题,提出了基于 Multiphysics/LS-DYNA 与 ADAMS的联合仿真方法,分析了穿爆弹碰击45#钢薄靶情况下引信惯性触发机构灵敏度问题。试验及仿真结果对比表明,250 m/s 着速下弹丸引信惯性触发机构对4~8 mm 厚45#钢靶有足够灵敏度,满足穿爆弹引信对薄弱目标的作用性能要求。
針對穿甲爆破彈引信對薄弱目標的靈敏度難以攷覈的問題,提齣瞭基于 Multiphysics/LS-DYNA 與 ADAMS的聯閤倣真方法,分析瞭穿爆彈踫擊45#鋼薄靶情況下引信慣性觸髮機構靈敏度問題。試驗及倣真結果對比錶明,250 m/s 著速下彈汍引信慣性觸髮機構對4~8 mm 厚45#鋼靶有足夠靈敏度,滿足穿爆彈引信對薄弱目標的作用性能要求。

The sensitivity of semi-armor-pierced projectile fuze impacting vulnerable target is difficult to be verified.Ai-ming at this problem,a joint simulation method on the basis of Multiphysics/LS-DYNA and ADAMS was proposed to an-alyze the sensitivity of fuze inertia initiation mechanism of projectile impacting 45# target.The comparison between test and simulation results indicated that,on the condition of 250m/s impacting velocity and 4mm-8mm target thickness,the fuze inertia initiation mechanism had enough sensitivity,which could satisfy the performance requirement of armor-piercing high-explosive projectile fuze impacting vulnerable target.
