目的：探讨百令胶囊联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果。方法选择2011年11月至2014年11月海丰县彭湃纪念医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者120例，随机分为两组，各60例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础之上给予百令胶囊联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为81．66％，对照组为58．33％，观察组优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；治疗后两组 BUN、Scr、UPE 水平比治疗前均有下降，且观察组下降程度明显高于对照组，两组 Ccr 均较治疗前增高，且观察组升高程度大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论百令胶囊联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭能够明显提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토백령효낭연합해곤신희효낭치료만성신쇠갈적효과。방법선택2011년11월지2014년11월해봉현팽배기념의원수치적만성신쇠갈환자120례，수궤분위량조，각60례，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재대조조기출지상급여백령효낭연합해곤신희효낭치료，대량조적치료효과진행비교。결과관찰조총유효솔위81．66％，대조조위58．33％，관찰조우우대조조，조간차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；치료후량조 BUN、Scr、UPE 수평비치료전균유하강，차관찰조하강정도명현고우대조조，량조 Ccr 균교치료전증고，차관찰조승고정도대우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론백령효낭연합해곤신희효낭치료만성신쇠갈능구명현제고치료효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of bailing capsules combined with haikunshenxi capsules in the treat-ment of chronic renal failure.Methods 1 20 patients with chronic renal failure in Haifeng Pengpai Memorial Hospital from No-vember of 201 1 to November of 201 4 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the control group (treated with con-ventional therapy)and the observation group (treated with bailing capsules combined haikunshenxi capsules based on convention-al therapy),60 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 81 .66% and 58.33% respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).The levels of BUN,Scr,UPE after treatment were lower than before treatment in two groups,and the degree of decline in observation group was significantly higher than control group.The levels of Ccr in two groups were increased, and the levels of Ccr in observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05 ).Conclusion Bailing capsules combined haikunshenxi capsules could significantly improve the therapeutic effects. It deserves the clinical expansion.
