目的：探讨关节镜对踝关节前外侧软组织撞击综合征的诊断价值及临床疗效。方法：2013年7月至2014年8月,我科行关节镜手术治疗踝关节前外侧软组织撞击综合征患者14例，所有患者均行踝关节镜切除撞击的软组织，并送病理检查。全部患者均术后门诊定期随访，采用 AOFAS 系统进行疗效评估。结果：术后平均随访7个月（6～13月）。9例患者踝关节前外侧疼痛完全缓解，4例患者残留活动后轻度疼痛，1例患者活动后仍疼痛明显。所有患者关节活动度都有不同程度改善。AOFAS 评分从术前平均49分（41～69分）提高到术后平均86.7分（71～94分）。术前术后有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：关节镜是踝关节前外侧软组织撞击综合征的有效确诊方法，同时行相关治疗后疗效满意，创伤小，恢复快。
목적：탐토관절경대과관절전외측연조직당격종합정적진단개치급림상료효。방법：2013년7월지2014년8월,아과행관절경수술치료과관절전외측연조직당격종합정환자14례，소유환자균행과관절경절제당격적연조직，병송병리검사。전부환자균술후문진정기수방，채용 AOFAS 계통진행료효평고。결과：술후평균수방7개월（6～13월）。9례환자과관절전외측동통완전완해，4례환자잔류활동후경도동통，1례환자활동후잉동통명현。소유환자관절활동도도유불동정도개선。AOFAS 평분종술전평균49분（41～69분）제고도술후평균86.7분（71～94분）。술전술후유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：관절경시과관절전외측연조직당격종합정적유효학진방법，동시행상관치료후료효만의，창상소，회복쾌。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value and therapeutic effect of arthroscopic treatment for anterolateral ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome. Material: From July 2013 to August 2014,14 patients with anterolateral ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome were treated in my department. All the patients treated via arthroscopy surgery, removal of the soft tissue that in the ankle and send pathological examination. The efficacy was evaluated by American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society ankle and hindfoot score system. Method All patients were followed up 7 months(from 6 to 13 months).The pain of 9 patients were completely relieved of the anterior of the ankle joint,4 remained mild pain after activity and 1 patient had severe pain. The joint activity of all patients had differently improved. According to AOFAS ankle and hindfoot score system, the score was improved from 49(41-69) pre-operation to 86.7(71-94) after-operation. Showing significant differences when compared with preoperative ones(P<0.05). Result: Compared with open techniques, arthroscopic treatment with anterolateral ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome is more advanced in quick recovery , minimally invasive and have diagnostic value.
