教学反思是教师自我提高，不断强化教学水平的重要方法，在高职英语教学过程中，一线教师通过自我的教学反思，可以对自己在英语教学过程中所产生的问题进行总结，并根据自己的教学表现来有针对性的做出改变，以使得高职英语教学效果得到更好的提升。而在整个教学反思的过程中，反思取向与重点关系到整个教学反思的方向，进而影响反思结果的作用，因此，文章对高职英语教学反思的取向与重点做详细研究，以为教师提高高职英语教学水平提供相关借鉴。

Teaching reflection is teachers' self-improvement, and constantly strengthen the important way of teaching in higher vocational English teaching process, a line of teachers' teaching reflection by self, can to oneself of the problems found in the process of English teaching, and according to their own teaching performance targeted to make changes, to make the higher vocational English teaching effects better.
