目的：探究在围手术期采用全面护理干预对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床护理效果。方法：选择我院2014年2月至2015年2月收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者86例，分为观察组、对照组各43例。给予对照组常规护理方法，给予观察组围手术期全面护理干预，对比两组护理情况。结果：观察组护理满意度和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.01）。观察组进食时间、离床时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.01）。结论：给予行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期全面护理干预能够显著提高护理满意度，缩短康复时间，值得临床推广。

목적：탐구재위수술기채용전면호리간예대우복강경담낭절제술환자적림상호리효과。방법：선택아원2014년2월지2015년2월수치적행복강경담낭절제술환자86례，분위관찰조、대조조각43례。급여대조조상규호리방법，급여관찰조위수술기전면호리간예，대비량조호리정황。결과：관찰조호리만의도화병발증발생솔균현저우우대조조，차이현저（P＜0.01）。관찰조진식시간、리상시간이급주원시간균현저단우대조조，차이현저（P＜0.01）。결론：급여행복강경담낭절제술환자위수술기전면호리간예능구현저제고호리만의도，축단강복시간，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To observe the clinical nursing effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:86 patients admitted in our hospital during February 2014 to February 2015 for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected and ramdomly divided into two groups with 43 cases each. The control group patients received routine nursing care, and the observation group patients were given comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention. Nursing effect in the two groups was observed and compared. Results: Patients nursing satisfaction and complication occurrence in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group and the difference was significant (P<0.01). Time of resumption of food, time of resumption of ambulation, and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group and the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusions: Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and shorten recovery time. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
