RSD is a complication that secondary to stroke, its incidence rate is increasing year by year, and can cause permanent hand and finger de-formity and affect the function of hand and quality of life. the etiology, pathogenesis and prevention of RSD has aroused wide concern, the studies on it in recent years are also getting more and more. This article would review the aspects such as pathogenesis, clinical classification and rehabilitation treatment of RSD.
