目的:探讨脊柱骨折脱位与合并脊髓损伤中椎弓根螺钉的应用效果。方法本次选取脊柱骨折脱位与脊髓损伤合并发生的患者50例,均为我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治,采用椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗。结果平均随访12个月,经X线和CT检查,均骨性愈合,脊髓神经功能A组5例,B级3例,C级4例,D级38例,相较术前A组10例,B组13例,C组20例,D组7例明显改善。相较术前,术后1周,末次随访伤椎椎体前缘高度、Cobb角,均显著改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脊柱骨折脱位与脊髓损伤合并发生的患者采用椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,可促使脊髓神经功能恢复,最大程度改善患者生存质量。

목적:탐토척주골절탈위여합병척수손상중추궁근라정적응용효과。방법본차선취척주골절탈위여척수손상합병발생적환자50례,균위아원2013년7월~2014년7월수치,채용추궁근라정내고정치료。결과평균수방12개월,경X선화CT검사,균골성유합,척수신경공능A조5례,B급3례,C급4례,D급38례,상교술전A조10례,B조13례,C조20례,D조7례명현개선。상교술전,술후1주,말차수방상추추체전연고도、Cobb각,균현저개선,유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론침대척주골절탈위여척수손상합병발생적환자채용추궁근라정내고정치료,가촉사척수신경공능회복,최대정도개선환자생존질량。
Objective To investigate the effect of pedicle screw in spinal fracture and dislocation with spinal cord injury. Methods 50 patients with spinal cord injury and dislocation combined with spinal cord injury, were treated with pedicle screw internal ifxation in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014. Results After a median follow-up of 12 months, by X-ray and CT examination, were healed, spinal cord function group A in 5 cases, 3 cases of grade B, 4 cases in Grade C, D class 38 cases, compared with the preoperative a group of 10 cases, 13 cases in group B, C group 20 cases, group D 7 cases improved signiifcantly. At the end of 1 weeks, the height of the vertebral body and the Cobb angle were signiifcantly improved after the end of the surgery, and there was a statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion For spinal fracture dislocation with spinal cord injury complicated with pedicle screw internal ifxation was used can improve the recovery of neural function of injured spinal cord, the maximum improve patients quality of life.
