目的:探讨不同品种手套或表面活性剂间接接触硅橡胶印模材料后,对其阻聚作用的影响。方法:两种手套(有粉和无粉)、4种表面活性剂处理(自来水,肥皂水,酒精,对照)、温度(22°C和36°C)共3个独立变量,组合成16个实验组。不同品种手套与表面活性剂接触后,与干净的玻璃板摩擦,空气吹干。加聚型硅橡胶材料混合于处理的玻璃板上,按照聚合时间要求,再取下样本,判断是否阻聚,材料残留于玻璃板上为阻聚。采用x2检验进行比较。结果:阻聚仅发生在手套/酒精组。22°C温度下,阻聚在90%~95%,36°C温度下,阻聚为55%~65%。结论:乳胶手套与硅橡胶印模材料接触,不会发生阻聚,但是一旦与酒精接触,阻聚现象特别明显。

목적:탐토불동품충수투혹표면활성제간접접촉규상효인모재료후,대기조취작용적영향。방법:량충수투(유분화무분)、4충표면활성제처리(자래수,비조수,주정,대조)、온도(22°C화36°C)공3개독립변량,조합성16개실험조。불동품충수투여표면활성제접촉후,여간정적파리판마찰,공기취간。가취형규상효재료혼합우처리적파리판상,안조취합시간요구,재취하양본,판단시부조취,재료잔류우파리판상위조취。채용x2검험진행비교。결과:조취부발생재수투/주정조。22°C온도하,조취재90%~95%,36°C온도하,조취위55%~65%。결론:유효수투여규상효인모재료접촉,불회발생조취,단시일단여주정접촉,조취현상특별명현。
Objective:To examine the polymerization inhibition of polyvinylsiloxane impression materialplaced in con-tact with surfaces subjected to prior contact with gloves or commonly used surfactants at different temperatures. Method:A 2×4×2 design was used (n=16),with 2 types of gloves (powdered and unpowdered),4 surfactant conditions (water,soap/water-rinse,alcohol,and control),and 2 ambient temperatures of 22 ° C and 36 ° C. After glove exposure to surfactants,a glass surface was subjected to rubbing contact with the treated glove for a standardized time. After drying,au-tomixed polyvinylsiloxane impression materials were dispensed onto the treated surface. Specimens were removed and evaluat-ed for polymerization inhibition at the manufacturer's recommended polymerization time. Specimens were rated as polymer-ized,or as inhibited if any polyvinylsiloxane residue remained on the slab. A chi-square analysis was used to evaluate the results. Result:Setting inhibition was found only with the polyvinylsiloxane material when alcohol was used as a surfactant. At 22 °C,the inhibition rate ranged from 90 % to 95 % for both glove types;at 36 °C,inhibition ranged from 55%(unpow-dered gloves) to 65%(powdered gloves), respectively. Conclusion:Under these in vitro conditions, glove exposure to alco-hol resulted in polymerization inhibition of tested polyvinylsiloxane impression material.
