目的：建立 ICP －MS 测定三七中有害元素 As 含量不确定度的分析方法。方法：采用 ICP －MS 检测有害元素 As 的含量，根据 JJF l0592－1999《测定不确定度的评定与表示》建立数学模型。结果：三七中砷的含量为0．08mg／kg，测定方法导致的不确定度为0．054mg／kg。结论：ICP －MS 测定过程中标准曲线和回收率对不确定度影响最大。
목적：건립 ICP －MS 측정삼칠중유해원소 As 함량불학정도적분석방법。방법：채용 ICP －MS 검측유해원소 As 적함량，근거 JJF l0592－1999《측정불학정도적평정여표시》건립수학모형。결과：삼칠중신적함량위0．08mg／kg，측정방법도치적불학정도위0．054mg／kg。결론：ICP －MS 측정과정중표준곡선화회수솔대불학정도영향최대。
Objective To establish the method of uncertainty analysis of the harmful elements of As determination in pseudo -gin-seng.Methods The ICP -MS was used to determination the content according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Ch P,2010).Result The content of arsenic Tn pseudo -ginseng is 0.08mg/kg,while the uncertainty caused by measurment method is 0.054mg/kg.Conclusion The average recovery rate and calibration curve is the most factors in the process of determination.
