目的：比较不同产地艾叶挥发油的化学成分及含量。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法从三个产地的艾叶中提取挥发油，并用 GC－MS 法对挥发油的化学成分进行鉴定。结果：云南产艾叶挥发油含量约为0．18％，含有58种成分。四川产艾叶挥发油含量约为0．33％，含有52种成分。湖北产艾叶挥发油含量约为0．19％，含有48种成分。结论：不同品种的艾叶挥发油含量不同，化学成分数目也不相同。虽然有部分相同的化学成分，但各成分在不同产地的药材中含量存在差别，提示艾叶在临床运用中应注意产地的差异。

Objective Compare the differences between folium artemisiae argyi from three different places by analyzing the volatile oil content and its chemical composition.Methods Extracting volatile oil of the leaves of folium artemisiae argyi from three places of or-igin by using steam distillation method,then use the GC -MS method to identify the chemical constituents of the extracted volatile oil. Results Folium artemisiae argyi from Yunnan has the volatile oil content of about 0.18% and has 58 kinds of ingredients.Sichuan pro-duced folium artemisiae argyi has volatile oil content of around 0.33%,contains 52 kinds of ingredients.Folium artemisiae argyi comes from Hubei contains 0.19% volatile oil and has 48 kinds of ingredients.Conclusion Different kinds of folium artemisiae argyi have dif-ferent volatile oil contents,and the numbers of chemical components are not the same.They contain parts of the same chemical constit-uents but there are some differences among the various ingredients of different herbs.HINT:Mind the differences of producing area in the practical use.
