目的：探讨舒适护理在高龄高危前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术的实际应用效果。方法选取我院收治的60例高龄高危的前列腺电切术患者，随机分为对照组与研究组各30例，对照组予手术常规护理，研究组予手术舒适护理，比较两者的手术并发症的发生率和患者满意度等指标。结果研究组的手术并发症的发生率及患者的满意度均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），比较差异具有统计学意义。结论对于高龄高危患者的前列腺电切术患者实行舒适护理，使患者在整个手术过程中享受了最佳的个性化服务，提高了手术效果，降低了并发症的发生率，有效改善了其生活质量，患者满意度较高。
