目的:探讨临床护理工作中护患纠纷发生的原因并寻求相应的对策。方法回顾性分析近5年(2009年6月至2014年5月)发生在本地区某二甲医院的286例护患纠纷,总结导致护患纠纷的原因,发现护理工作中的缺陷、失误和差错。结果急诊科、妇产科及儿科出现护患纠纷较常见,而五官科和手术室、B超等辅助检查科室则较少。其中护患沟通不足,护士服务态度差是护患纠纷中最常见的原因,其次原因则是护理工作中出现纰漏、患者对护理期望值过高。结论加强护患沟通,提高护士的专业技术水平和整体素质,重视学习和提高相关法律知识,强化护理行为中的法律意识,严格落实规章制度,规范护理记录,加强文书管理,对减少和避免护患纠纷的发生具有重要意义。
目的:探討臨床護理工作中護患糾紛髮生的原因併尋求相應的對策。方法迴顧性分析近5年(2009年6月至2014年5月)髮生在本地區某二甲醫院的286例護患糾紛,總結導緻護患糾紛的原因,髮現護理工作中的缺陷、失誤和差錯。結果急診科、婦產科及兒科齣現護患糾紛較常見,而五官科和手術室、B超等輔助檢查科室則較少。其中護患溝通不足,護士服務態度差是護患糾紛中最常見的原因,其次原因則是護理工作中齣現紕漏、患者對護理期望值過高。結論加彊護患溝通,提高護士的專業技術水平和整體素質,重視學習和提高相關法律知識,彊化護理行為中的法律意識,嚴格落實規章製度,規範護理記錄,加彊文書管理,對減少和避免護患糾紛的髮生具有重要意義。
목적:탐토림상호리공작중호환규분발생적원인병심구상응적대책。방법회고성분석근5년(2009년6월지2014년5월)발생재본지구모이갑의원적286례호환규분,총결도치호환규분적원인,발현호리공작중적결함、실오화차착。결과급진과、부산과급인과출현호환규분교상견,이오관과화수술실、B초등보조검사과실칙교소。기중호환구통불족,호사복무태도차시호환규분중최상견적원인,기차원인칙시호리공작중출현비루、환자대호리기망치과고。결론가강호환구통,제고호사적전업기술수평화정체소질,중시학습화제고상관법률지식,강화호리행위중적법률의식,엄격락실규장제도,규범호리기록,가강문서관리,대감소화피면호환규분적발생구유중요의의。
Objective To investigate the causes of nurse-patient dispute in clinical nursing and look for a homologous strategy.Methods The two hundred eighty six cases nurse-patient dispute which happened in resent 5 years, between 2009 June and 2014 May, in Dongguan Tangxia People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.We summarized the causes of nurse-patient dispute and found the deficiencies, mistakes and error in nursing.Results The nurse-patient dispute happened in emergency department, obstertics and gynecology, pediatrics commonly, while rarely in surgery department, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology, adjunctive examination department, such as B ultrasonic room etc.Lack of communication among nurses and patients, and poor attitude of nursing were the most common causes.The followed reasons were flaws during the heavy nursing work, the high care expectations in patient mind. Conclusions We could strengthen nurse-patient communication, improve professional skills and overall quality of nurses, pay attention to learn and improve relevant legal knowledge, strengthen nursing behavior of legal awareness, strict implementation of rules and regulations, standardize care records to enhance document management to reduce and avoid the nurse-patient disputes.
