Effect of IGESR on titanium content of Incoloy 825 alloy was studied under the condition of two kinds of slag systems, and the paper analysis the varying characteristics of titanium in IGESR process, and the result shows that the titanium content variation could be kept in a narrow range coped with the slag TiO2 .
