目的:建立下颌摇椅弓的有限元力学分析模型,为其力学的系统性分析提供基础。方法通过64排螺旋 CT扫描获得组牙齿颌骨图像信息,应用 Mimics 15进行下颌骨及牙列的三维重建,Geomagic Studio 2013生成曲面模型、NX 8.5设计出托槽和弓丝,利用 Ansys workbench 13.0对模型进行网格的划分,并设置接触关系,以及对模型各部分进行材料的赋值,利用求得的支反力加载到每个托槽的受力面上,完成下颌骨正畸三维有限元模型的建立,并对模型进行评估。结果建立了包括下颌骨、下颌牙列、牙周膜、MBT 托槽和摇椅弓的正畸力学分析模型,并进行分类网格划分。结论用 CT 扫描技术结合逆向建模工程建立了仿真性较好模型,为摇椅弓的应用研究提供了基础和参考。
目的:建立下頜搖椅弓的有限元力學分析模型,為其力學的繫統性分析提供基礎。方法通過64排螺鏇 CT掃描穫得組牙齒頜骨圖像信息,應用 Mimics 15進行下頜骨及牙列的三維重建,Geomagic Studio 2013生成麯麵模型、NX 8.5設計齣託槽和弓絲,利用 Ansys workbench 13.0對模型進行網格的劃分,併設置接觸關繫,以及對模型各部分進行材料的賦值,利用求得的支反力加載到每箇託槽的受力麵上,完成下頜骨正畸三維有限元模型的建立,併對模型進行評估。結果建立瞭包括下頜骨、下頜牙列、牙週膜、MBT 託槽和搖椅弓的正畸力學分析模型,併進行分類網格劃分。結論用 CT 掃描技術結閤逆嚮建模工程建立瞭倣真性較好模型,為搖椅弓的應用研究提供瞭基礎和參攷。
목적:건립하합요의궁적유한원역학분석모형,위기역학적계통성분석제공기출。방법통과64배라선 CT소묘획득조아치합골도상신식,응용 Mimics 15진행하합골급아렬적삼유중건,Geomagic Studio 2013생성곡면모형、NX 8.5설계출탁조화궁사,이용 Ansys workbench 13.0대모형진행망격적화분,병설치접촉관계,이급대모형각부분진행재료적부치,이용구득적지반력가재도매개탁조적수력면상,완성하합골정기삼유유한원모형적건립,병대모형진행평고。결과건립료포괄하합골、하합아렬、아주막、MBT 탁조화요의궁적정기역학분석모형,병진행분류망격화분。결론용 CT 소묘기술결합역향건모공정건립료방진성교호모형,위요의궁적응용연구제공료기출화삼고。
Objective To explore the “rocking -chair”archwire biomechanical system by constructing three -dimensional finite element model of the “rocking -chair”archwire.Methods Images of teeth and mandible were got by 64 spiral CT scan-ner,and then were imported into Mimics 1 5 software for 3D reconstruction.The surface model was made by Geomagic Studio 201 3 software and the brackets and wires models were built by NX 8.5.The model was meshed in Ansys workbench 1 3.0,con-tact relation was set and materials were assigned.Brackets were loaded according to reacting fore.The finite element model was integrated in Ansys software and was evaluated at the end of the article.Results A mechanical model was established,including Mandible,dentition,periodontal tissue,MBT brackets and “rocking -chair”archwire.Conclusion The three -dimensional element model constructed by the combination of CT scanner and reverse modeling is high similarity in geometry,providing the basis for application and research of the“rocking -chair”archwire.
