目的：建立下颌摇椅弓的有限元力学分析模型，为其力学的系统性分析提供基础。方法通过64排螺旋 CT扫描获得组牙齿颌骨图像信息，应用 Mimics 15进行下颌骨及牙列的三维重建，Geomagic Studio 2013生成曲面模型、NX 8．5设计出托槽和弓丝，利用 Ansys workbench 13．0对模型进行网格的划分，并设置接触关系，以及对模型各部分进行材料的赋值，利用求得的支反力加载到每个托槽的受力面上，完成下颌骨正畸三维有限元模型的建立，并对模型进行评估。结果建立了包括下颌骨、下颌牙列、牙周膜、MBT 托槽和摇椅弓的正畸力学分析模型，并进行分类网格划分。结论用 CT 扫描技术结合逆向建模工程建立了仿真性较好模型，为摇椅弓的应用研究提供了基础和参考。

Objective To explore the “rocking -chair”archwire biomechanical system by constructing three -dimensional finite element model of the “rocking -chair”archwire.Methods Images of teeth and mandible were got by 64 spiral CT scan-ner,and then were imported into Mimics 1 5 software for 3D reconstruction.The surface model was made by Geomagic Studio 201 3 software and the brackets and wires models were built by NX 8.5.The model was meshed in Ansys workbench 1 3.0,con-tact relation was set and materials were assigned.Brackets were loaded according to reacting fore.The finite element model was integrated in Ansys software and was evaluated at the end of the article.Results A mechanical model was established,including Mandible,dentition,periodontal tissue,MBT brackets and “rocking -chair”archwire.Conclusion The three -dimensional element model constructed by the combination of CT scanner and reverse modeling is high similarity in geometry,providing the basis for application and research of the“rocking -chair”archwire.
