目的:通过分析E-cadherin和VEGF在慢性胃炎、肠上皮化生、非典型增生及胃癌中表达变化的趋势,探讨二者在几种胃黏膜病变表达的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学法检测E-cadherin和VEGF在慢性胃炎组、肠上皮化生组、非典型增生及胃癌中的表达情况,胃黏膜非癌组织中的表达分别与胃癌组比较,并分析二者相关性。结果在慢性胃炎、肠上皮化生、非典型增生中VEGF表达的阳性率呈逐渐上升趋势,而E-cadherin的表达逐渐下调,分别与胃癌组作对照分析,表达的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性比较提示二者表达存在负相关。结论 E-cadherin与VEGF的表达呈负相关,二者均参与胃黏膜逐渐演变过程,对于E-cadherin和VEGF表达异常的胃黏膜肠上皮化生或非典型增生患者,两者的联合监测对胃癌癌前病变的诊治有一定的参考意义。

목적:통과분석E-cadherin화VEGF재만성위염、장상피화생、비전형증생급위암중표체변화적추세,탐토이자재궤충위점막병변표체적상관성。방법용면역조직화학법검측E-cadherin화VEGF재만성위염조、장상피화생조、비전형증생급위암중적표체정황,위점막비암조직중적표체분별여위암조비교,병분석이자상관성。결과재만성위염、장상피화생、비전형증생중VEGF표체적양성솔정축점상승추세,이E-cadherin적표체축점하조,분별여위암조작대조분석,표체적차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。상관성비교제시이자표체존재부상관。결론 E-cadherin여VEGF적표체정부상관,이자균삼여위점막축점연변과정,대우E-cadherin화VEGF표체이상적위점막장상피화생혹비전형증생환자,량자적연합감측대위암암전병변적진치유일정적삼고의의。
Objective To explore the correlation between E-cadherin and VEGF by analyzing the ex-pression of E-cadherin and VEGF in chronic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia, and gastric cancer. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and VEGF was detected in chronic gastritis, intestinal meta-plasia, atypical hyperplasia and gastric cancer by immunohistochemistry, so that to investigate the difference and correlation between E-cadherin and VEGF in gastric non-cancerous tissues compared with gastric cancer. Results Compared with gastric cancer group, the positive expression of VEGF was gradually increased in chronic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and atypical hyperplasia, while the expression of E-cadherin showed a significant reduction (P<0.05). The expression of E-cadherin and VEGF was negatively correlated. Conclu-sions E-cadherin and VEGF expression was negatively correlated, which both involved in the progression of gastric mucosa. Therefore, combined monitoring the expression of E-cadherin and VEGF might play a signifi-cant value for diagnosing precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.
