近几年，社会上经常有突发的公共事件发生，对社会和人们造成不小的伤害，而大学生这个特殊的群体正是突发公共公事件的高危群体，学校通过思想政治教育，引导大学生有效的应对突发公共事件具有重要的作用。而现今的大学思想政治教育当中总是存在着各种问题，不能很好的应对突发的公共事件，现今，深入的研究加强大学生思想政治教育应对社会突发公共事件会使得大学生思想政治教育更加丰富，大学生的思想政治教育应对突发公共事件的教育体系得到完善。增强大学生对突发公共事件的应对能力和心理素质，建立一支高效的大学生思想政治教育团队，意义深远[1]。
