国内学者并未就马克思消费理论的内涵达成共识。马克思消费理论的科学内涵应包括消费及消费结构理论、消费在社会再生产中的地位和作用理论、生产和消费比例关系理论、消费力理论、消费信贷理论、消费观理论。以马克思消费理论为指导,扩大消费需求应整体推进生产、分配、交换、消费,妥善处理生产和消费比例关系,正确处理生产力和消费力的关系;充分发挥消费信贷对扩大消费的积极作用;树立科学的消费观;合理控制消费差距。

Domestic scholars did not agree on the connotation of Marx ’ s consumption theory .Scientific connotation of Marx ’ s consump-tion theory should include the theory of consumption and consumption structure , the position and role of consumption in the social repro-duction theory , the theory on the ratio relations of production and consumption , the consumption power theory , the theory of consumption credit, the consumption concept theory .Guided by the Marx’s consumption theory, expanding consumption demand should comprehen-sively advance the production , distribution , exchange and consumption , properly handle the relationship between production and con-sumption ratio, correctly handle the relationship between productivity and consumption power , give full play to the positive role of con-sumption credit to expand consumption , set up the scientific consumption concept , and control the consumption gap within a reasonable range.
