随着分子生物学技术在医学科学研究中的广泛应用，分子生物学实验课在医学硕士研究生教育中显得尤为重要。本文针对近几年医学硕士分子生物学实验教学中存在的问题进行分析和归纳，提出更新教学目标、优化实验内容设置、改善教学方法、提高师资力量等对策，从而提高实验教学质量。
隨著分子生物學技術在醫學科學研究中的廣汎應用，分子生物學實驗課在醫學碩士研究生教育中顯得尤為重要。本文針對近幾年醫學碩士分子生物學實驗教學中存在的問題進行分析和歸納，提齣更新教學目標、優化實驗內容設置、改善教學方法、提高師資力量等對策，從而提高實驗教學質量。

With the wide application of molecular biology tech-nology in medical research, molecular biology experiment teach-ing becomes particularly important in the medical master gradu-ate students education. The article points out the problems exist-ing in the experimental teaching of molecular biology in recent years, and proposes some countermeasures to improve the quality of experimental teaching, such as updating the teaching goal, op-timizing the setting of experiment contents, changing teaching methods and improving the quality of teachers and so on.
