目的：探讨肺泡蛋白沉积症(PAP)的CT特征及其应用价值。方法：回顾性分析肺泡蛋白沉积症患者13例的临床资料，探讨其影像学特征及CT诊断肺泡蛋白沉积症的应用价值。结果：肺泡蛋白沉积症影像表现主要为双肺弥漫且对称分布的腺泡结节影、斑片影、线状影、网状影、磨玻璃影及大片状非叶段性阴影。结论：肺泡蛋白沉积症无特异性的临床表现，影像学特征较为典型。

목적：탐토폐포단백침적증(PAP)적CT특정급기응용개치。방법：회고성분석폐포단백침적증환자13례적림상자료，탐토기영상학특정급CT진단폐포단백침적증적응용개치。결과：폐포단백침적증영상표현주요위쌍폐미만차대칭분포적선포결절영、반편영、선상영、망상영、마파리영급대편상비협단성음영。결론：폐포단백침적증무특이성적림상표현，영상학특정교위전형。
Objective:To explore the CT characteristics and its application value for pulmonary alveolar proteinosis.Methods:The clinical data of 13 cases with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis were analyzed retrospectively.The imaging characteristics and the application value of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis were explored.Results:The mainly image performance of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis were the symmetrical distribution of diffuse pulmonary acinus shadow,patch shadow,linear shadow, reticular shadow,ground glass opacity and large sheet non-leaf segments shadows in lungs.Conclusion:Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis had nonspecific clinical manifestations and more typical imaging characteristics.
