目的：了解在校护生的职业态度现状及其相关影响因素，培养在校护生形成良好的职业态度。方法采用随机抽样的方法和自行设计的问卷对新疆医科大学护理学院188名在校护生进行职业态度调查。结果188名在校护生职业态度总分均值（5．782±1．017）分，79．25％护生的职业态度中立偏积极，20．75％护生的职业态度中立偏消极；不同民族护生的职业态度比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；相关分析显示专业选择方式、职业兴趣、社会认同、职业自我概念、个人认知、就业前景及形势对在校护生职业态度有影响。年级、性别、生源地、民族、学历层次五方面因素对护生职业态度有影响。结论在校护生对职业态度总体较积极，应加强在校护生专业思想教育，培养良好的职业态度。

Objective To investigate the present situation and the relevant factors of the professional atti-tude in the nursing students.Methods Using the random sampling method and a self-designed question-naire to survey the professional attitude of 188 college nursing students of the Xinjiang Medical University. Results The 188 nursing students′professional attitude score was (5.7819±1.017),79.25% was neutral partial positive professional attitude,20.75% was neutral partial negative;the professional attitude among different ethnic groups were statistically significant (P <0.05);the correlation analysis showed that the professional employment prospects and situation type selection,professional interest,social identity and career self concept and individual cognition were influential the professional attitude.Conclusion There are 5 relevant factors involved in the nursing students′positive professional attitude,We should strengthen the ideological education to the school nursing students,cultivate good professional attitude of them.
