目的:研究动态动脉硬化指数( AASI)和尿微量白蛋白( MAU)与冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法选择冠心病130例患者,根据冠状动脉造影检查结果分为单支病变组(56例)、双支病变组(41例)、多支病变组(33例),同时选择冠脉正常患者为正常对照组(60例)。测定和比较各组的AASI、MAU;以Gensini积分表示冠状动脉狭窄程度,评价Gensini积分与AASI、MAU的相关性。结果多支病变组的AASI、MAU水平最高,其次为双支病变组、单支病变组,组间比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05),冠心病组AASI、MAU水平均显著高于正常对照组( P <0.05)。相关性分析显示Gensini积分与AASI、MAU均呈显著正相关( r =0.674,0.732,P <0.01)。结论AASI和MAU水平随冠脉病变支数的增加而上升,AASI和MAU水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈显著的正相关,可作为评价病变严重程度的参考指标。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between ambulatory arterial stiffness index( AASI),microalbuminuria( MAU)and the extent of coronary artery stenosis. Methods The data of patients with coronary angiography in our hospital were selected into this study. Of which 130 cases were diagnosed with coronary heart disease,and they were divided into single-vessel disease group(56 cases),two-vessel dis-ease group(41 cases)and multiple-vessel disease group(33 cases)according with the results of coronary arteriography. 60 cases with no coro-nary heart disease at the same period were selected as normal control group. The AASI,MAU of two groups were determined and compared. The extent of coronary artery stenosis was signified with Gensini score. The relationship of AASI,MAU and Gensini score was evaluated. Results The AASI,MAU of multiple-vessel disease group were highest,and followed with two-vessel disease group,single -vessel disease group. The AA-SI,MAU of three disease groups were significantly different( P <0. 5),and were significantly higher than normal control group( P < 0. 05). There were significant positive correlation between Gensini score and AASI,MAU( r =0. 674,r =0. 732,P <0. 01). Conclusion The AASI, MAU levels increased with the increase of the coronary artery lesion counts and there were positive correlation between the extent of coronary artery stenosis and AASI,MAU levels,i can be valued as the severity of the reference index.
