因为球头铣刀动力学模型为常系数非齐次线性微分方程,用数值方法对此方程进行近似计算求解,对于节点处的离散方法不同,算法(Simpson方法、Eluer方法、Runge-Kutta方法等)不同,对于它们的精度、方程求解的收敛性及稳定性进行了分析与比较.本文对常见的几种计算机仿真算法进行了讨论,对于球头铣刀动力学模型仿真算法的选择有一定参考意义.

Because the dynamic model of ball end milling cutter is the constant coefficient non homogeneous lin-ear differential equation,numerical method is used to approximate the solution of the equation,for the different-nodes use the different discrete method,the methods include Simpson method,Euler method,Runge Kutta meth-od,etc,their precision,the convergence and stability of the solution of the equation are analyzed and compared. Several common computer simulation algorithm are discussed in this paper,and the choice of ball end milling cut-ter dynamic model simulation algorithm has certain reference.
