目的：探讨丙种球蛋白联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿麻疹合并肺炎的临床疗效。方法：收治麻疹合并肺炎患儿76例，随机分为两组，对照组采用常规丙种球蛋白治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合痰热清注射液治疗，通过比较两组治愈率及有效率比较2种治疗方法的疗效。结果：对照组治愈率76.31%低于治疗组的94.74%；总有效率对照组89.47%低于治疗组的100%。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：丙种球蛋白联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿麻疹合并肺炎治愈率及总有效率明显优于单纯丙种球蛋白治疗。
목적：탐토병충구단백연합담열청주사액치료소인마진합병폐염적림상료효。방법：수치마진합병폐염환인76례，수궤분위량조，대조조채용상규병충구단백치료，치료조재차기출상연합담열청주사액치료，통과비교량조치유솔급유효솔비교2충치료방법적료효。결과：대조조치유솔76.31%저우치료조적94.74%；총유효솔대조조89.47%저우치료조적100%。치료조치료효과명현우우대조조。결론：병충구단백연합담열청주사액치료소인마진합병폐염치유솔급총유효솔명현우우단순병충구단백치료。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of gamma globulin combined with Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children with measles complicated with pneumonia.Methods:76 children with measles complicated with pneumonia were selected. They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group using conventional gamma globulin treatment. Patients in the treatment group combined with Tanreqing treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the efficacy of two kinds of treatment methods by comparing the cure rate and effective rate of the two groups.Results:The cure rate of the control group was 76.31% lower than that of the treatment group of 94.74%.The total efficiency of the control group was 89.47% less than that 100% of the treatment group.The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:The cure rate and the total efficiency of gamma globulin combined with Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children with measles complicated with pneumonia obviously are better than those of patients treated with single gamma globulin.
